About the Employer :
this function is with a highly regarded and leading company within its sector. From the top, the mandate is that technology will be its point-of-difference to its competitors, and with this in mind, this position has been created to support one of its key PMs, who has decided to reduce hours. About the function: The company has on an continuing basis a portfolio of projects on the go at any point in time, and requires a hands-on BA to support the continuing projects as they are instigated. You will be required to undertake the usual analytical activities across the company, from requirements gathering, through to process documentation, translating business requirements into systems specs, through to implementation and supporting testing processes. Whilst the focus will be right across the business, a focus around supply chain and inventory will be a part of the activities. About you: Your technical skills in analysis will be unquestionable. You'll need to have had at least 2-3 years' practical practice in a BA function, and demonstrate broad capcapability in being able to operate across most commercial disciplines, and particularly understand the inter-linking of all areas of commerce and how one ?weak link? can impact the whole business. You'll also need to have highly developed interpersonal skills and be able to develop strong relationships at all levels of an organisation. As well as internal relationships, the nature of the business is such that there are many external stakeholders you will also need to communicate with, so your ?customer-focused? ethos will be something you will be known for.
