Warehouse Production ManagerLocation All WaikatoWaikato Job type Permanent Salary 110,000 to 120,000 Category Engineering > Management » New Factory with the latest technology » Passionate team with great culture » Salary + Company Vehicle Located in Ngaruawahia with new facilities and the latest technology, we are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to join the team. You will require a minimum of 5 years' experience within Commercial/Industrial Steel Fabrication and Erection. Skills & Attributes: » Have trade engineering experience and qualifications. » Excellent customer service and communication skills. » Proven experience leading and managing a team. » Adequate computer skills for the role. » Awareness to health and safety legislation and compliance requirements. » Have a good understanding and experience with different welding processes and consumables. » Have good knowledge of welding qualifications and procedures. Responsibilities of the role: » Managing jobs, co ordinating resources and organising workflow in the workshop. » Assisting with quoting, project management, materials purchasing, and quality checks. » Managing inwards goods, checking quantities and invoices. » Organizing the dispatch of jobs including completed jobs. » Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed, and that any hazards are dealt with in a timely manner. » Reporting on job progress, and promptly identifying and communicating any delays or issues to the operations manager and other management staff.
