As Pacific Career Broker, you will proactively engage with hiring managers, talent boards and potential candidates across DIA to identify development and career opportunities for Pasifika kaimahi and to grow the confidence and capcapability of our leaders of Pasifika kaimahi - so that they can support and grow them in a way that meets their needs. The capability to influence and deliver prosperous results to a wide variety of stakeholders is essential to the success of this function. With yourPacific lens and cultural expertise, you will have confidence in working alongside senor leaders to build their cultural confidence and capcapability.In particular, the capability to facilitate workshops and discussions, the capability to develop and maintain effective working relationships that supports the delivery of the results of DIA's Te Ara Vaka Pacific Strategy within the context of DIA's Te Aka Taiwhenua (Maori Strategic Framework) and inclusion and diversity mahi. Advisory practice in a related area, such as recruitment, talent management and/or organisational development (OD) background would be an advantage, as would leadership abilities, coaching or mentoring practice in or outside of work.
