We deliver 30+ health and social services across the life span (i.e. from infants to the elderly) and have a team of 100+ people working across Hamilton city and beyond. Kaitautoko - Sustaining Tenancies Navigator: Providing support from within our Korowai Manaaki Housing service, this role is focused on strength-based support for whanaunga to retain their tenancies and work through any issues that may be impacting the tenancy. This may include accessing health, education and employment services, improving the relationship with the landlord, supporting wh?nau to reconnect with their wider community and ultimately sustain their tenancy. You will require experience working in housing sector and be connected with agencies throughout Waikato to support wh?nau with the best outcome possible. This is a permanent (12 MONTH) fixed term fulltime position (40 hours per week), working Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm.
