This isa rostered position with some flexible hours for one or more people with confidence, patience, a love for the artsandgreat customer and communication expertise.This is an important safety function that will assist the organisation with implimenting it's COVID-19 Protection Framework for the safety of all our communities. You will be the first person to meet and welcome customers at the entryway to Lake House Arts, ensuring that our patrons do the following- » Record there visit via APP or by writtenballot » Easily present proof of vaccination » Understand and abide bymask requirements As a Public Facility subject to the COVID-19 Protection Framework, all people entering the facility must abide by these rules or may not enter the building. We expect our communities' to support this Protection Framework and help us keep COVID-19 out of our facility. The way the function is delivered may develop over time as new information comes to light. The functionalso involves knowledge our patrons reason for visiting and helping them to swiftly and safely navigate to the area/s of the facility they may need to get to and record their visit in unique spaces within the facility. Some empathy and assistance forour less abled visitors may also be needed. TheFront of House Greeter will be stationed outside the cafe entrance on the South Side of the main building. They will be briefed every day as to the days activities and who is expected to be on site and will also recieve any courier packages or deliveries that are sent to the facility. The Front of House Greeter will have the full support of the management to enable their function. A full orientation and training will be provided. The contract will be continuing during the initial implementation of the COVID-19 Protection Framework and may lead to additional future employment opportunities with the organisation. Hours may vary, with shifts available from 8:30am - 2pm Tuesday - Sunday. $22.10 per hour + GST if applicable.
