About the function: This is a mixed Payroll/ Accounts Receivable position working within a very talented team. This is a permanent function, working for a family own business where your voice and feedback matters.They are looking for a skilled payroll and AR agent who is looking to expand and utilise their expertise to help the company grow - an exciting time to join! You will be working with a team who enjoy a laugh and a bit of banter all over the day. This is a busy function so the ideal person needs to have practice working in a fast pace, high volume function. You will be: » Processing weekly and fortnightly payrolls » Analyse for inconsistencies, enter payroll journal in Moneyworks » Distribute the leave balance report to hub managers » Update weekly AL licapability tracker and high balance reports » Processing and preparing sales invoices » Preparing claims » Preforming credit control function to ensure invoices are paid on time » Be the key point of contact for all Biotime Time & Attendance » Bank reconciliation » Payroll reconciliation About you: » knowledge of financial and management accounting » Financial analytical expertise » Commercial savvy » Excellent attention to detail • Previous practice with Ipayroll is preferred » Have previous practice working in Logistics or Transport industry is preferred » Have excellent communication expertise, both verbal and written You will add invaluable practice to your CV with this function.
