We are currently working in a hybrid model with the option of mixing Information technology up spending time on campus and at home. In this function, you get the best of both worlds, supporting your faculty portfolio and being part of a highly practiced and well-respected central HR Advisory / Ranga P?manawa Tangata team. Working day-to-day with an HR Manager/ Poutaki P?manawa Tangata and drawing support from a diverse HR Advisory / Ranga P?manawa Tangata team, you will partner with passionate leaders and provide HR generalist support for a diverse portfolio of academic and professional functions. Key to your success will be your capability to work effectively on a wide variety of tasks at any given time, provide high-level quality coaching and advice, with solid relationship building and influencing expertise. As an HR Generalist, you will have the opportunity to utilise the full spectrum of your HR expertise on any given day, from coaching managers on change processes to executeance management, remuneration, administering university HR processes, and employment relations. this function will give you access to opportunities, practices, and projects that only a large and complex organisation can provide!
