We are seeking for an practiced Legal Secretary who feels a connection to the mahi we do. As part of your day, you will: » undertake general secretarial tasks including preparing documents, amending documents with and without track changes, preparing meeting packs, printing, scanning and copying documents » organise documentation (both copy and original documents) including maintaining hard copy and electronic filing systems (and creating indices) » assist solicitors with research and legal documents. What you’ll bring: » practice working in a fast-paced legal services environment at a senior secretarial or senior administrative level for at least five years » Good communication skills and capability to forge relationships with various types of stakeholders within the business » Confidence to clarify instructions from the outset to ensure speedy turnaround of work » Have demonstrated practice of working with confidential and sensitive information » availability to take ownership of tasks/issues to ensure they are resolved to meet objectives » The capability to work to tight timescales with a sense of urgency » A positive, enthusiastic and proactive approach to your work.
