In this role you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall living experience within our community. Responsibilities: » Assist the Village Manager in planning and executing village activities and events. » Be one of the first points of contacts for residents, ensuring excelletn custome service. » Staying informed about the latest updates on village products, services, policies, and emergency procedures, and efficiently conveying this information to both residents and stakeholders. » Maintain the calendar of events to create a vibrant community atmosphere. » Support team members in a close-knit working environment. » Communicate effectively with residents and team members. » Demonstrate empathy and enthusiasm in resident interactions. » Pay attention to detail in digital record-keeping using Excel, Word, and Canva. » Use good digital literacy skills for various software tools. » Hold a valid NZ Driver's License with confidence in driving the van. To succeed in this role, you need: » Strong communication skills. » A passion for teamwork and supporting others. » Empathy and enthusiasm in engaging with residents. » Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks. » Good digital literacy, especially in Excel, Word, and Canva. » A valid NZ Driver's License.
