We are pursuing an energetic, outward-going, person who has at least 2 years practice working in a restaurant. The prosperous applicant will have outstanding service commitment, be passionate about food and wine, and have a good eye for detail. We are a small team, where everyone mucks in, and We are seeking for a team player who's not afraid to get their hands when the situation calls for it. The function involves evening shifts mostly - as we are open days Monday to Saturday, evenings Wednesday to Saturday. We usually close the kitchen around 9pm, and are generally gone by 9:45pm - 10:30pm. Our business is built on humble beginnings, quality food and service, and an appreciation for our community. of customers, staff, and suppliers.
