WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR » You are patient, empathetic, energetic and a great communicator. » You're able to find the right balance between customer satisfaction and business efficiency. » You are good at troubleshooting: listening, finding solutions (or investigating if you don't have enough information) and following through with our customers. » Microsoft proficiency, 365 environment preferably » Time management, prioritising, taking initiative are your strength. » You are technology savvy. They are a small supportive team all about teamwork, being flexible, providing help when needed and being adaptable to change. Their students are at the centre of everything they do and collectively they work together to provide an exceptional service and product.
