Look around the skyline – chances they have been involved in the project management on many of the iconic buildings. They are now in need of an practiced - PA/Administrator to support the team for just under 1 month starting on July 5th 2022 Part-Time Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (8.30am - 5.00pm ) - working on one of their key major projects located in Grafton. You will essentially be the “glue” that holds everything together to ensure the smooth day to day running of the project. The function has a lovely mix of PA responsibilities as well as project administration and assistance to the wider team. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? » Maintain and track project documentation. » Diary and email management, including meeting minutes. » Preparing reports and managing reporting procedures » Tracking and compiling invoices » Compiling contract fee variations » Ad hoc administrative tasks practice in an administration function within the construction, legal or contract sector would be an advantage but not essential however what is important is your: » Drive, energy, and proactive approach » High attention to detail and passion for process » practice coordinating and supporting a team » Strong organisational expertise and capability to multi-task » Excellent communication expertise with strong stakeholder management expertise » capability to handle pressure This is an exciting function for someone who likes to make a difference.
