You will work as part of the team assisting with developing, planning, and coordination MOTAT's public events, this includes the install and deinstall of events, and delivery. We are seeking for someone creative, who works collaboratively and takes a proactive approach to their function. You will be someone who thrives in an environment where events are innovative, and audience focused. Not only is this an exciting opportunity to join the MOTAT team, but you will be joining a team with a huge amount of practice in event planning and coordination. To be prosperous in the function you will have: » 1 - 2 years event practice in assisting with large scale events and /or events across complex venues. » Demonstrated practice working to fixed timelines with strong organisation expertise and attention to detail. » Excellent written and oral communication expertise with the capability to demonstrate project management and planning. » Highly developed interpersonal expertise with a demonstrated capability to relate to people at all levels and develop productive working relationships. » High degree of computer literacy and competence in Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel. » Current full drivers licence. » Event Management qualification (preferred). This is a full-time function, working Sunday to Thursday, you will also need the capability to work flexible hours as required to support the delivery of events.
