Are you new to New Zealand and looking to further your career in property under a dynamic team and renowned international company? We have a great new function opportunity for an practiced professional to take on an adjunct Property Manager position. You would be joining our clients vibrant Commercial Property team, directly assisting the lead Property Manager in the administration and management of over 200 lease properties. This is a full-time function on a 6-month contract, available to start immediately.

About the function
   » You will be providing crucial administrative support to the Property Manager and wider property team. Ensuring the smooth management of our client’s large commercial property portfolio (consisting of 200+ leases nationwide).
   » Inputting property data and financial information to the database and internal systems/spreadsheets.
   » You will be a key day-to-day contact for any enquiries from commercial site staff regarding property issues, inspections or scheduled maintenance.
   » Maintaining accurate, up-to-date and hygienic digital/hardcopy records of property documentation (including rental revisions, renewal agreements, insurance certifications, property schedules, lease documentation, rent costs and other key material).
   » Rental reviews – you will be working closely with the Management team to assist with the review process, a key point of contact for landlords.
   » Obtaining property valuations and reporting on rental costings/forecasting (in line with property market conditions).
   » Liaising with the accounts team, legal professionals and National Property Manager on changes to rent or leases when required.
   » You will be across the end-to-end administration process of new leases.
   » Payments – you will be working closely with the accounts team to review and approve rental invoices as per business schedule.
   » You would be joining a dynamic team of 10 practiced property professionals.
   » this function comes with a competitive income package (pro rata) and on-site parking.
  
About You
   » You must have industry practice in residential or commercial property administration/management to be considered for this function. (1+ years)
   » Strong administration and system-navigation expertise – particularly using property management systems and MS Office 365 suite (MS Excel).
   » We are seeking for a friendly and dynamic team player – you will be a key support/contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
   » Strong knowledge of property management processes, documentation and terminology.
   » Have obtained a tertiary level qualification, ideally in a related field but not essential.
   » Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
