Our client has been recognised as a global top employer and is looking for their next shift supervisor for the afternoon supply chain team. This role will be to lead the afternoon production team, ensuring correct procedures and constantly being followed and productivity targets are met. You will be required to assist the team in pallet repairing throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
   » Maintaining a safe and positive work environment
   » Ensuring continuous quality checks and safety improvements
   » Coaching and leading a team of 4-5 pallet repairers
   » Ensuring productivity targets are met daily
Experience required:
   » Supervisor experience in an industrial production environment
   » Leadership capability to train and motivate staff
   » Committed to health and safety at all times
   » Strong communication and team skills
   » Forklift licence is advantageous
