The farm is located just 10 minutes north of Oamaru, making Information technology very central to many South Island hot spots. We milk 600 cows through a herringbone cowshed on a farm that is flat and fully irrigated. You will be guaranteed sufficient hours of work each week that will consist of a range of different jobs to keep life interesting. Jobs will include: - milking cows - collecting calves - shifting break fences - operating farm vehicles (motorbikes) - shifting irrigation There is tidy and warm accomodation located on farm for you. You will have a good roster that allows you to have a good amount of time off to keep you refreshed and also give you the opportunity to get away and travel some of the beautiful South Island! Pay will be partly located on practice, although having an awesome attitude and a availability to lgain is far more important! We are a young team who enjoy having a laugh and keeping things fun.
