The Organisation

This organisation manage support for New Zealander and communities with a wide variety of aspects. They are extremely well-respected within New Zealand and the work they do compares to none. They are a larger agency that respects and looks after their staff, their main goal is to always upskill and support staff members with their careers. This position is primarily within their transformation group, there is constant interesting projects on-going that you will be able to support. They are located in Wellington CBD, 10-minute walk from the train station.

The function

In this function you will be supporting the GM with secretarial tasks as well as providing strategic and operational information to the leadership abilities group across the sector.

Your function includes, but isn’t limited too:

• Providing diary management
• Minute taking for meetings
• Managing external and internal correspondence.
• Partner and collaborate with the leadership abilities team, supporting members and providing support.
• Project Support
• Respond effectively to the public, ministers and external stakeholders.

My client is happy to talk to individuals who are looking to step up in the Executive adjunct space, potentially from a Team Administrator or Project/Programme administrator function. You will have a wide variety of support and training although, you must be a self-starter who is willing to lgain and is able to manage their own day effectively.

Core expertise

It is important you have practice within MS office suite. You will have exceptional organisational expertise, have to capability to priorities work and ensure deadlines are met.
