Job Offer: Principal Advisor, Integrity and Investigations:Public Service CommissionJob description:Job DescriptionTe Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission leads the public sector to make a positive difference for New Zealand and New Zealanders.The Integrity, Ethics and Standards Group provide system leadership abilities to promote a strong unifying culture and high standards of integrity across the public service. We do this by promoting and upholding the public service principles and values in the Public Service Act 2020. We are seeking for a talented Principal Adviser able to lead investigations, provide timely, high-quality advice, and to contribute to strategic thinking on integrity matters. This is an opportunity to work alongside senior public service leaders to resolve emerging issues and to influence change at a system level. Legal training would be an advantage, and policy analysis practice would be beneficial. You will have sophisticated inter-personal and relationship building expertise and a track-record of working well and delivering as part of a team. You will also be a critical, deep thinker with excellent written and oral communication expertise. This will include an capability to present complex issues simply to variety of different audiences, often at pace.
