The function this function falls within the optimisation and delivery team, where you will support client projects and work in collaboration with your team, stakeholders, business partners and service users. As teams are assigned located on each project, you will get the chance to work with a diverse group of people and also get the chance to challenge yourself. expertise and practice • At least 2 years’ practice in service delivery or customer service, with a ‘can-do’ attitude. • expertise of project management – advantageous • Excellent relationship management, secretarial and communication (verbal and written) • A genuine interest in business improvement and the capability to self-manage. • Superb organisational and administrative expertise.
