The Company

The function
As the Customer Service & Helpdesk Manager, you will lead a team located in four different cities across the country. You will be responsible for ensuring your team maintain a high level of service to customers, enquiries are answered in a timely manner and dealt with efficiently. This is a people first business, staff training and development practice as well as leading by example are of the utmost importance.
 
What you need
   »  At least 2 years previous practice in leading customer service teams of any size
   »  A passion for customer service and leadership abilities
   »  Be and effective problem solver and resolve conflict
   »  Proven history of meeting performance goals or KPI’s
   »  PC operating system expertise
   »  Previous troubleshooting expertise
   »  Any Microsoft operating system training is desirable (no necessary)
