We have a 16acre seaside property, 25min south of Blenheim & are looking for a wonderful helper to help us with the care of our animals (including horses), some gardening work and house/animal sitting if we are away. We're an outdoorsy family in our 40’s and have a 12yr son (away at boarding school), 10yr daughter, large dog, cat, 3 x horses, 2 x pigs, 2 x goats, ducks and chickens. You have your own cosy self-contained beachside cottage accom approx 80m away from the main house. We cover all your living costs (accommodation, food, power, internet, water, gas) and can help you find some paid work as well nearby depending on your expertise. Ideally looking for 25yr + who has lived away in the house. Must be an energetic, mature, trustworthy, reliable & skilled non-smoking person who loves animals. We don't discriminate against culture, religion, gender, race or vax status. References are required. Must speak good English. Happy to accommodate a couple/two friends and can help to find work for the other in neighbouring vineyards or elsewhere depending on expertise. Prefer longer term stays ie 3mths or more.
