Practice ManagerJob location:Wellington Wellington Central Work Type: Permanent » » » »Permanent »CBD Location »Supportive Team The function this function is a busy, hands-on leadership abilities position, where you will partner with a team of highly respected clinicians and your Regional Manager to drive performance and culture. superviseing all operational aspects of running a prosperous practice, you will relish the opportunity to impact change from both a people and a commercial perspective. tasks • Provide continuing training, coaching and feedback to the team to ensure they are enabled to be the best they can be. • Proactively monitor patient flows to ensure adequate resourcing at all times. • supervise all practice administration and ensure all processes are efficient and effective. • supervise the management of materials and equipment ordering and stock control to maximise profitcapability. • Manage all required audits, including implementing required actions. expertise & practice • People management practice, Team Leader, Running own business with staff, customer service expertise. • capability to understand team dynamics, and acts in a way to support continuing development and positive engagement. • Proactively seeks to understand and address any people issues. • Leads from the front and gets stuck in – willingly completes any tasks required. • Adept at analysing and interpreting financial information. • Systems savvy, and able to lgain new systems/software quickly. • Outstanding attention to detail.
