Hahei Holiday Resort is all about making wonderful memories, those of our guests and Resort staff. A bit about us: The Hahei Holiday Resort sits on a 7 hector beachfront (beautiful Hahei Beach neighbouring Cathedral Cove) site overlooking the Mercury Islands in the Coromandel. Over the last 60 years the site has accommodated generations of Kiwi and International guests experiencing either camping or cabin style accommodation. Having expanded our product offering in the last few years to include luxury Beachfront Villas and Bungalows, the resort can deliver every need of the holiday maker from and to New Zealand. Who we seek to join our team: We are purpose building a gourmet burger offerings, fully kitted out in the latest of equipment and seek Food and Beverage staff and a passionate Chef/s to run the new operation. For the Chef Information technology will be hands on management of your team and supplier relationships (established). I expect staff will come onstream Oct/Nov working through to Mar/April 2022. We are really keen on someone (or a couples) who possibly had both prior practice in any of the above functions and will deliver an excellent on-site practice for our valued customers. Onsite accommodation is provided as is a full working uniform. You need to be physically fit, understand implicitly the need to work with absolute care but at pace and a multitasker. We expect you will be seeking a work/life balance and will take full advantage of living and working in paradise.
