I am currently exclusively recruiting for a Source to Pay Manager, for a large public sector client, located in Wellington CBD. Manage a team of six Invoice Coders to assist with the timely and accurate payment of all agency invoices. This team is moving to be part of a new structure over the next six months and this function will be recruited for on a Permanent basis. The prosperous applicant will be more than welcome to apply for this opportunity.
tasks Include:
   » Effective management of a team of 6 direct reports, with an capability to mentor new hires and current staff through training of new business processes and systems
   » Oversight and responsibility for the processing of all agency invoices, ensuring efficient workflow between 6 Invoice Coders
   » capability to manage through periods of structure change and a new FMIS system implementation
   » Reporting and strategic management tasks for the Senior leadership abilities Team, participatation in SLT meetings
practice Desired:
   » 4-5 years practice as a Team Leader in the Finance space, preferably with expertise and practice managing invoice processes
   » Strong practice using TechOne or any other FMIS system, with an capability to pick up new FMIS quickly
   » practice managing through periods of change, with a love of consolidating business processes to be more efficient
