Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
We are seeking for candidates to submit their expression of interest to register in our Temp Pool fortemporary Marketing and Communications functions across the University.
The length of agreementcould be for 4 weeks or a couple of months in length with both full and part-time hours, depending on the reason for the temp request. functions may include marketing coordinators, content writers, graphic designers, and social media coordinators.
Dependent on the function, tasks of a temp can include:
   » Respond to queries both internally and externally
   » Organise meetings, functions and events
   » Prepareand format documents and reports
   » Write correspondence and creative briefs
   » Write content for the web and other media
   » Identify, implement and update marketing collaterals
   » Maintain and develop content to improve the user practice
   » Coordinate campaign and promotional deliverables
   » Plan and implement the social media content calendar
   » Design and collaborate to tell our stories via social media channels, YouTube, website, print, and reports.
   » Contribute to the development of creative designs including print and digital media
   » Produce of a range of promotional artwork for both print and digital, including brochures, advertising, prospectuses, flyers, posters and signage for the University

Qualifications

We are seeking for someone who is creative and energetic. In addition, the following practice and expertise are ideal:
   » Two years or more professional practice in the specialist area
   » practice in a diverse range of marketing and advertising activities across print, digital and social media
   » Have excellent interpersonal communication expertise, with the capability to engage positively and proactively with a variety of stakeholders.
   » Excellent expertise in spoken and written English, including writing for the web, AEM expertise is a plus
   » Proficient in using the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat. Eloqua and SharePoint
   » Be committed to excellent quality and have a sharp eye for detail
   » Have strong digital capabilities and the capability to lgain quickly
   » Have tons of initiative and be able to bring creativity and new ideas to the function
   » practice working under pressure and fast-paced environment
