We are seeking for a customer focused Senior HR Advisor to work alongside the HR Advisory team and act as a 2IC to the Manager, HR Advisory & Recruitment providing coaching, mentoring and technical support to the Advisory team. There is great potential for you to make this function your own and to grow and develop. tasks: • Supporting the development of the team of HR Advisors • Leading projects which will support effective, customer focussed HR advisory services to employees and leaders • Identifying and driving continuing improvements to the HR Advisory services • Acting as the 2IC to the Manager, Advisory services. expertise & practice • 4+ years' generalist HR practice, ideally within the public sector • practice working at a Senior Advisor level providing generalist HR advice to leaders • practice managing a range of Employment Relations issues independently • practice supporting large projects and / or organisational change projects • A commitment to honouring our responsibility to m?ori and building your own m?ori capcapability How to Apply?
