Are you an experienced Data Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity to work with one of the largest essential services providers in Australia and New Zealand? Our client, a multinational brand, is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join their team in Otara, Auckland. With fantastic career exposure and opportunities for progression, this 8-week contract role is perfect for someone looking to get their foot in the door of a large multinational establishment. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of data systems and driving insights for the organization's performance.

Job Summary:
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for performing daily health checks for Microsoft Office365-based solutions and automated processes. This includes monitoring and supporting Power Automate flows, Power Query/Power BI data ETL processes, and Office 365 Power Apps. You will also play a key role in collecting and reporting KPI data, reconciling any failures, and providing support to staff members using data systems. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of effective data management procedures.

Detailed Job Description:
* Perform daily health checks for Microsoft Office365-based solutions and automated processes, including monitoring and supporting Power Automate flows.
* Confirm the daily success of scheduled flows and investigate and fix production issues, if required.
* Monitor and support automated Power Query/Power BI data ETL processes, ensuring the success of scheduled dataset refreshes and fixing any issues.
* Monitor and support Office 365 Power Apps used by the business.
* Perform daily KPI data collection and reporting processes, gathering KPI Performance Exclusion request details and reconciling any failures with internal managers and customers.
* Oversee and assist staff members in the daily use of data systems, responding to reported issues and providing prompt updates.
* Manage permissions of the cloud-based data storage and develop/implement procedures for effective data management and sharing.
* Analyze and report on field data supplied from projects, integrating data management systems with BI reporting.
* Develop new data management systems as required.

Candidate's Profile:
* Demonstrated organizational skills.
* Experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
* Excellent written communication and IT skills.
* Demonstrated IT skills, including experience with Office 365 Power Platform componentry.
* Relevant Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
