Job Opportunity: Senior Advisor – People:Public Service CommissionJob description:Job DescriptionTe Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission leads the public sector to make a positive difference for New Zealand and New Zealanders.Reporting to the Chief People agent, the Senior Advisor People works closely with leadership abilities across the Public Service Commission to identify and drive activities that improve business results. You will be the ?go to' person for managers and staff on people issues, providing trusted advice and support across a broad range of HR matters. With an exciting agenda of HR projects, you will have the opportunity to take a leadership abilities function in specialist areas that you're passionate about. You will be an practiced human resources professional with an in-depth expertise of current HR principles and best practice . You will have strong interpersonal and relationship building expertise with practice in working in partnership with leaders to build prosperous organisations.
