Your role
This position is responsible for the day to day provision of high quality, customer focussed front line services to our client's customers. As a Client Liaison Officer, you will provide all support for customers in the fishing industries accordance with Data Quality Standards and Specifications (DQSS) and internally set performance standards.
   » Provide front line email and telephone support for fishing industry clients
   » Process new client applications
   » Process all fishing permits, vessel registrations, special approvals, fish receiver applications
   » Ensure all statutory requirements and procedures, are carried out as per fisheries legislation
   » Prepare invoices, credit notes, refunds and accounting alterations necessary
