Whakarongorau Aotearoa has the privilege of running free to the public, virtual health, mental health, and social services for the people of Aotearoa.
Our 12 clinical teams and support services are located across contact centres in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and from their homes across Aotearoa.

About the function – Atu mo te mahi
Join our team providing support to the National Cervical Screening Register for the women of Aotearoa. We are seeking for a very special team member to join us in the Central Wellington office working full-time Monday to Friday.
Priorities of the function are the following:
   » Auditing processes and data managing for excellence
   » Building relationships and liaising with a variety of laboratories and Colposcopy clinics
   » Investigating queries or data and system issues
   » Mentoring and coaching your team in new learnings
   » Coordinating a seamless workflow across your team
   » Active involvement in the development in the new National Screening Service from a user perspective
Pehea koe – About you
You are Somebody with who is known for your quality improvement approach to your work. You will have prior practice working with electronic databases, and auditing data using a quality lens. Ideally you have worked previously within a healthcare environment, be adaptable and open to learning new expertise. You notice anomalies in data and enjoy the opportunity to find out what’s behind them and fix them. Managing risks with knowledge of the broader impact is also a strength. A ‘can do’ attitude and availability to get stuck in to support the kaupapa of this work is required. Because We are treating with large volumes of information your resilience and positive outlook on life will be an asset, to the team, the work, and our communities.
