About The Role As Business Manager reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for formulating and executing the strategic business plan that will take this already fast-growing business to the next level. With exciting plans in place for a new, purpose built Hamilton based clinic in 2023, you will not only be responsible for the continued implementation of current Business strategy but will be an integral part of the future direction of the organisation. The Person We are looking for an extraordinary people leader. A strong communicator, able to connect with the existing team and utilise their experience whilst supporting their personal and professional growth. Responsibilities include: » Managing the day to day operations of the practice encompassing Administration, Systems, Finance and Reporting functions » The design and implementation of the Sales and Marketing Strategy including liaison with outside agencies and suppliers. » The Leadership and Supervision of a team of approximately 16 staff.
