It's not about what we like ? it's about what works! The purpose of your function is to generate high-quality leads for our sales team to sell into our Million Dollar Tradie Coaching program. To crush the leads, you'll need to get involved in a bunch of activities: - Creating killer content to be published across all our marketing channels (FB, Instagram, Email, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) We want to be known as the top dog in the coaching industry worldwide and the content we are putting out needs to reflect that. - Writing direct response copy that converts. - Taking complete ownership of our prospect nurture system (Facebook group & Email Database) to turn cold leads into raving fans. - Building world-class landing pages using a blend of tried and tested marketing strategies with the latest strategies working in marketing right now. - Learning and developing new strategies for improving our marketing located on world-leading marketers. - Building email marketing campaigns. - Managing and growing our social media following and authority in the market through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Plus any other marketing techniques or ideas you've picked up along your journey, and are excited to implement. We want to be the best, so we need the best people. Here's what you'll need to succeed in this function. - capability to write strong direct sales copy. You will be able to write engagingly plus, you will be able to enter the mind of our prospects and explain their situation more clearly than they can themselves. - practice with generating leads from social media channels (FB, Instagram, YouTube). Although ?branding' is nice, we are more concerned with getting leads rather than posting for the sake of it. - You'll have an eye for creating content that's engaging and will make prospects want more. - You'll have a love for learning. We'd expect you'd be familiar with some of the best marketers - Dan Kennedy, Gary Vaynerchuk, Seth Godin, Ryan Deiss, Frank Kern, Russel Brunson, etc. - You're a self-starter and can take ownership of projects and complete them to a world-class standard. A Marketing/Management Degree is important but if you have proven results in the marketing industry we will consider you.
