Our client is well-known reputation organisation specialises in the manufacture and supply of both structural and non-structural plywood. They are currently looking for an experienced customer service representative
Responsibilities
   » Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
   » Inbound calls and taking enquiries and sales orders
   » Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
   » Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
   » Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
