What you need to succeed in these functions:
   » Good physical fitness - able to stand and work for 8, 10, or 12-hour work shifts
   » Able to lift and move products for processing and packing jobs
   » To be reliable and committed to the shifts you are assigned each week 
   » Pass pre-employment and continuing drug and alcohol screening 
   » A positive approach to workplace health and safety
