The Office of the Deputy Director-General supports this mahi by providing organisational thought leadership abilities and governance support. We are seeking for an energetic, hard-working person to work in this great directorate, providing governance advice and support to to the Manager of the Office of the Deputy Director-General, the Deputy Director-General, the Senior leadership abilities team and wider staff, and work to support, maintain and improve the delivery of quality written advice and work programmes. To be prosperous, We are seeking for a person with significant practice and expertise, strong written and oral communication expertise, excellent organisation and time management expertise with the capability to think ahead, use their initiative, meet deadlines, and lift quality. We are pursuing Somebody with excellent interpersonal expertise and with the capability to foster good relationships. You will have the capability to prioritise work across multiple projects, and broad expertise of government structures and processes, as well as the machinery of Government. The Ministry of Health is the kaitiaki of the health and discapability system in New Zealand. We are responsible for providing active stewardship and leadership abilities across the nation’s health and discapability system.
