Skills & Attributes: » Technically sound building and carpentry skills, with knowledge of NZ building standards. » Experienced in interpreting drawings and plans. » Self-motivated with good organisational skills and the ability to work under own initiative. » Team player with interpersonal skills and positive attitude. » Strong verbal and written communication. » A full class 1 NZ driver's license. Responsibilities of the role: » Carry out all carpentry tasks as directed by leading hand/foreperson and site manager. » Always maintain high standard and quality of work, deliver best results to exceed customer expectations. » Ensure Clients "best practices" are meet and adhered to. » Participate in toolbox meeting and adhere to all H&S requirements. » Maintain tools in good working order, treat client's equipment and materials with care. » Be proactive with innovative ideas to improve productivity and quality outcomes.
