The Quality Systems (QS) Group was established in July 2020, bringing together the Commission’s clinical leadership abilities and improvement elements, to focus on embedding consistent safe and resilient healthcare all over the health and discapability system. We are seeking for someone who is committed to working as an integral part of a team but also has the confidence, drive and initiative to be a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will have the capability to convert tasks into actions, have an eye for detail and be good at closing the loop. This prosperous person will provide effective and efficient programme and events project support coordination to enable the delivery of services and workstream activities of the Quality Systems Group. The Commission is a stand-alone Crown entity with a Board responsible to the Minister of Health. The Commission is responsible for assisting providers across the whole health and discapability sector, both private and public, to improve service safety and quality and therefore results for all those who use these services in New Zealand.
