About the function:

My client has a new vacancy in their office, where if prosperous you will work with some truly special people. You must be accurate, friendly, and a great team player. The right person will have Team/Coordination Administration practice, you will be highly involved with supporting members of the team with marketing material and project work.

You must be tech savvy and have practice with:

• InDesign
• Adobe Projects
• MS office

this function is a varied and interesting function sitting within the Business Support team.

You will also be required to manage general office support tasks, such as diary management and meeting co-ordination.

You will be the go-to for support for your team while collaborating with a wider team of senior professionals - enjoy a social team and organisation that offers a huge list of perks and benefits to ensure your well being and career is very well supported. this function requires you to be client facing at times, therefore the confidence to take the lead when needed is important.

Other key tasks:

• Co-ordination with Marketing Material and Powerpoint presentations
• Project Work – Creating brohures, flyers and documents
• Website mantaince
• General Office tasks – Ordering stationary, printing etc
• Maintaining the Office
• Assistance to the directors – Diary management, Meeting co-ordination, Travel booking
• Formatting and managing project submissions

The ideal person for this function is someone who is highly reliable, who forges strong working relationships located on accuracy and relicapability, and who collaborates well with the wider team.
