We bring together a range of National helplines, health and mental health after-hours services. We do so to deliver 24/7 support online and over the phone to Kiwis in need. It’s a fresh, connected approach to healthcare. Position focus Work closely with project team members, managers and leads, to help deliver organisational projects efficiently and effectively. The Project Analyst manages project administration and has a function in the delivery of new and improved elements of our service. Positions Job responsibilities: » Provide support to the Programme team in the scoping, planning, implementation and evaluation of projects » Work with managers and staff at all levels of the organisation to support their completion of project tasks as planned » Coordinate project working groups/sprint teams » Share significant information and provide support to stakeholders as required » Ensure resources and equipment are available when needed and meetings are managed to be as effective as possible » Maintain accurate and up to date documentation, including project reports » Escalate any risks or issues arising which impact programme delivery » Manage minor projects, under the guidance and supervision of a Project Manager » Keep project plans and reports up to date About you: » At least one year’s practice of project coordination/working on projects » Working expertise of project management » Intermediate capability and skill in Microsoft Office – focus on MS Excel » capability to work with people at all levels of the organisation – good communications expertise » Time and goal-focused » Attention to detail – Able to effectively manage tasks and produce work of consistent quality » Good listening expertise » Good standard of verbal and written English » Effective planning and organisational expertise About us As part of our well-respected national organisation, you will be supported Pokohiwi Ki Pokohiwi (shoulder to shoulder) with continuing learning and development, guidance and coaching from a expertiseable leadership abilities team.
