The Ministry of Education is the Government’s lead advisor on the New Zealand education system, shaping direction for sector agencies and providers. we At Presentemploy a headcount of approximately 3,500 over multiple locations across New Zealand.
The payroll replacement project team is located in Wellington. We are currently looking for a People Systems Administrator to join our hard-working team on an eight month fixed-term or secondment basis.
Located in the CBD, the prosperous applicant will be responsible for system testing, assisting with process and procedure changes and supporting training delivery.
Ideally, the prosperous applicant should have practice with SAP SuccessFactors/Payroll and project involvement in a large organisation working within an end-to-end payroll function for over 1000 staff. Exceptional communication, organisation and time management expertise are essential to succeed in this function together with a demonstrated capability to work in a versatile, ever changing, end to end payroll environment.
You must be a competent user of Microsoft Office and be a fast and willing learner. You must be proactive and not afraid to ask questions. A sound working expertise and practice in payroll procedures, systems and legislation is highly desirable.
The function is for a fixed term/secondment until 31 October 2022.
