Office ManagerLocation HastingsHawkes Bay Job type Full Time Salary to Category Administration > Office Manager » Immediate Start » $34 per hour » Temp to Perm Opportunity McCain Foods are a global leader in Food Manufacturing and are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Office Manager to join their team at their Hastings site. The Office Manager is responsible for providing valuable support to the Plant Manager and the broader Hastings Plant Leadership Team. This is an ongoing temporary role to begin but with the potential to go temp to perm. The role is 40 hours per week with a pay rate of up to $34 per hour dependent on experience. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our office. Key accountabilities include: » To provide high quality correspondence, reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as required » Proactively manage multiple calendars » Coordinate travel schedules where required together with expense reconciliation » Organise meetings, Town Halls, workshops, events and conferences » Office management - ordering of stationary, supplies, kitchen upkeep, visitor gears, liaising with vendors » Purchase order creation and invoice processing » Participate in special projects where required » Organise "Chips In" (volunteering program) » Site communications » Maintain the site documentation system To be considered for this role you will also need great attention to detail, be confident and competent using Microsoft Office including Word & Excel and have excellent written and oral communication skills. Requirements for this role: » Proven Administration experience » Account's administration experience (preferred) » Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task » To be reliable and punctual To be successful in this role you will need to attach a current CV, pass a pre-employment drug screen, and satisfactorily complete a ministry of justice check.
