You will be a member of the company’s administration network where you will bring your strong customer service ethos and commitment to ensure the company’s administrative needs are met. Your processes are efficient and seamless. You keep accurate and timely project and investigation administration, and have well-rounded financial monitoring, that tasks are accurately processed and deals to any issues in a timely manner. You can also show the following: » Proven practice and achievement in providing administrative support and calendar management to managers and teams » practice supporting multiple teams and responding to changes in priorities » Purchasing administration practice, including vendor, contracts and accounts management » Strong customer service focus with the capability to build and maintain relationships across the business » capability to think ahead and anticipate next steps, with a availability to go the extra mile and sort out issues » Strong verbal and written communication expertise » Excellent organisational and time management capcapability and capability to work well under pressure » High degree of computer literacy, particularly MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and finance systems » Flexible and adaptable, open to change About our teams You would be a part of the Programme Practice and Programme Delivery teams within the Network Development and Delivery group. Programme practice The Programme Practice team provides a full suite of support functions and delivery processes, policies and procedures to ensure practice excellence for the capital programme, informed by our over-arching strategy. Their specialist services are delivered to all Wellington Water teams involved with capital programmes and projects including Major Projects, Programme Management office, Design team, Network Engineering, Network Management group and the Customer Operations group. They also work across our supplier whanau to build consistency and quality of our project delivery. Programme delivery The Programme Delivery team delivers growing programmes of three waters capital projects for our client councils. We manage programmes of projects from concept design through construction and handover of the asset to our Customer Operations group and Network Management group. We are responsible for providing leadership abilities to the Project Managers who deliver the projects on our behalf. We are working to improve performance and the communication of programme delivery risks across the full programme.
