We want all people in New Zealand to receive the support they need to avoid injury and manage their own wellbeing. As our Customer Insights Analyst, you’ll support ACC’s knowledge of our customers, the challenges they face and the effectiveness of our initiatives. This will include supporting our customer research programme, by writing and running code to draw samples for our regular and ad hoc external surveys. In this function we particularly welcome skills in SAS, working with large datasets, statistical analysis and data visualisation. practice using ACC’s data would be advantageous. To be prosperous in this function you will demonstrate the following: » Have data science skills including statistical analysis » Be an intermediate to advanced user of analytical software, including but not limited to SAS » Be curious and able to identify patterns and trends in data and communicate your findings clearly » Manage your time well and deliver outputs that meet agreed specifications and timelines » Enjoy working collaboratively with technical and non-technical colleagues If you tick a few of these boxes we’d love to hear from you!
