We are recruiting practiced Registered Nurses and Paramedics who whakapapa M?ori and who have a current APC to join our Healthline team specifically within our M?ori pathway.

Atu mo te mahi – About the function
You’ll be welcomed into a dynamic, specialist team, working rostered shifts 24/7. Evenings, overnights, and weekends are especially needed, and penal rates apply.
Tele-health is an evolving and dynamic area of the health sector. We use advanced technology and decision support software in conjunction with the capability to upload images/videos to enhance the tele-triage practice. You will use your broad clinical practice and be supported by our robust clinical guidelines and systems. This is a unique opportunity to utilise your clinical skills, education and communication skills, in the innovative area of tele-health. You will have full support, training, supervision and coaching from our clinical leaders.
Our communities are diverse, and if you are passionate about serving your community, then with the help of our language and ethnicity call matching technologies, you will have a direct impact and opportunity to provide tailored phone located clinical support to M?ori and our wider communities.
Pehea koe – About you:
   » You are whakapapa M?ori
   » Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate (NZRGON, Dip.CpN or BHS Nursing) or Paramedic with current authority to practise (Registration pending in 2021)
   » Great listening and communication skills and confidence with technology
   » Focus on results, planning, quality and service delivery
   » Connecting in with our priority communities is essential and a high degree of cultural consciousness and empathy is required
   » Korero M?ori or talanoa in Pasifika languages is also highly desirable – (if they have practice working with M?ori or Tikanga – training will be given)
   » Eligibility to work in New Zealand
