Mo tenei turanga – About this function Reporting to either a Regional Infrastructure Manager or an Infrastructure Manager, a key focus of this function is supporting the Asset Management property team across the region which includes the processing of funding applications/payments and property plans. Mohou ake – About you You will demonstrate a mix of coordination expertise and practice in a property team within a large and complex delivery organisation is desirable. To be prosperous in this function you will need: » demonstrated knowledge of data management processes » excellent oral and written communication expertise » highly developed relationship management expertise » practice working with office and financial systems » practice in liaising with stakeholder groups » working knowledge of Microsoft programmes (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) » the capability to understand and apply the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
