Holiday Park adjunct Mamager:Job description:Holiday Park adjunct MamagerPayment: Paid Position (tbc)Job location: Blenheim Region: Marlborough/Blenheim/Picton practice: practice Necessary Listing Added: 08/11/2022 Employer : Blenheim Bridges Holiday Park » Key Tasks » Assistance to Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Holiday Park. » To strive to ensure that all guests enjoy their stay all times. » To provide a high level of customer service, operational efficiency and effectiveness. » Customer service, reception and reservation tasks » Maintain accurate financial record keeping » Cleaning and servicing of accommodation daily » Cleaning of communal facilities including bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, BBQ’s daily » General DIY, light maintenance and grounds work » Problem solving and capability to think outside of the box » Take charge of the park when general manager is not on duty prosperous candidates * Minimum of 1 year staff managerial practice * Excellent work ethics and attitude * Good coomunication skill * Good customer relationship expertise, be flexible and be happy to exceed our guests expectations. * Able to roll up your sleeves and be down your knees whenever need to * A good expertise of computer operations and general administration of a business is essential. * Housekeeping * capability to supervise and assist cleaning staff for a prompt and thorough cleaning of the units. We are seeking for a couple for this position but will consider single candidates for the right persons. This is a live-in position for a period of 6 months as a fixed term contract and there is an opportunity to extend the employment at the end of contract. The income package includes a 2 bedroom hosue, power, water and wifi. The position will require working during evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays. Preferably you are a New Zealand resident or have a valid working visa. However, We are an accredited employer under NZ Immigration Employment Work Visa Accreditation and can help with work visas.
