About the Role
   » Develop a strong level of communication with Client, peers and management.
   » To ensure SOP's are followed and that a high level of customer service is reached and maintained as they apply to all customer service operations.
   » To oversee all Client issues relating to the accounts under management in conjunction with other client complaints as they arise.
   » Ensure that management is well informed of any key issues as they arise, with inventory management, freight and customer specific service levels.
   » To ensure that the customer service centre is supervised effectively on a day-to-day basis ensuring that all company, compliance issues and procedures are adhered to as they apply to all customer service & Administrative operations.

Skills and Experience
   » Minimum two years customer service experience
   » Experience within 3PL ideal
   » Excellent oral and written communication skills
   » Time management/ organisation skills
   » Problem solving ability
   » Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
   » Strong customer focus
   » Attention to detail
   » Sound computer/keyboard skills
