ESR has approximately 400 staff with sites in Auckland, Christchurch, Upper Hutt, and Porirua. About the function We are seeking for an practicedService Desk Analyst to provide first and some second level desktop support to ESR staff on Information technology queries relating to Computer Support. The function delivers a key communications channel between the Information Management Service Group team, the Service Desk and the rest of the Organisation. Please refer to the position description for a list of accountabilities and deliverables. Essential expertise and practice required To be prosperous in this function you must have 2+ years ICT practice within a service desk or helpdesk environment. You will need to have a significant tertiary education or equivalent practice or a Certificate in Computing and industry Certifications (eg ITIL foundation Certificate, A+, NZ significant Microsoft Certifications in computing. expertise of and practice providing 1st & 2nd level technical support within a Windows environment is essential, including Microsoft Windows Desktop, Server, Exchange, Active Directory Office and MX-One Telephone Solution.
