Key Job responsibilities: » Apply improvements across financial controls and ensure accuracy to enable better financial management and integrity of information. » Lead the organisations high performance framework on behalf of finance through a "finance of the future" perspective. » Raise capcapability and maintain working relationships with the Finance Group and wider business. » Improve processes in order to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness, automating where possible, whilst educating others along the way. » Developing financial capcapability and commercial accum by building relationships and advising key stakeholders across finance. » Ad hoc project related work in order to support process improvement . Key Requirements: » CA Qualification or equivalent » Proven practice of partnering with key stakeholders and improving financial processes and financial controls. » A big picture, strategic mindset to work holistically in order to achieve desired results.
