This business is in sound financial shape, it's run by astute directors with proven practice and aptitude in being able to navigate all parts of the economic cycle. As a business, they pride themselves on shaping a down to earth team culture with a complete solutions driven client ethic. Their project portfolio is diverse ranging in new build apartments, schools/auditoriums, warehouses/factories, commercial offices, to refits and large remediation projects as well as aged care. Due to the positive work flow, they are now looking to take on an additional PM for several medium sized projects We are seeking for a skilled construction professional project manager with 10+ year's practice possessing solid commercial acumen with well-honed managerial capcapability. You will have an in-depth expertise of pre-construction, construction and development within the commercial construction sector with broad practice in all aspects of design and construction delivery. Other aspects to your expertise includes strong client and consultant liaison, design/problem solving, programming and planning, estimating, subcontractor management, training of site managers/other staff. You will be looking for your next step in the industry, you maybe at a ceiling with where you are at and be looking to join a contractor that has a relatively flatter structure and more opportunity to be compensateed for your efforts.
